Once you are registered as a Broker on Realty2Auction.com, you can 1) Sell properties, 2) Bid on properties for clients, and 3) Verify properties (even if you are an REO agent) that a lender has placed on the website. You can do all of these things with a single Agent Account.
Listing Agents
The insertion fee is FREE for each auction at Realty2Auction.com. We enter all data that you provide. We continually advertisment our website to maximize visibility and interest of all our auctions. Realty2Auction.com signage, riders and mailings are available.
This online bidding platform is designed to keep the listing broker at the center of the real estate transaction. We are here to assist you with selling properties faster and more efficiently through a transparent and fair bidding process. All properties on Realty2Auction.com are required to have a listing agent and we do not allow FSBOs on the site. The listing/selling brokers keep the commissions that have been negotiated with the Seller. The Listing Broker maintains control of the Purchase and Sales Agreement and co-ordinates the closing. Registrations on the site are FREE. Go to the Forms tab to view Seller/Broker Contract and amendments.
Again, Realty2Auction.com does not interfere with the agent’s listing or selling fees. If a property sells, Realty2Auction.com will receive a Buyer’s Premium fee of three percent (3% with a $1000 minimum) paid by the buyer at the closing, unless otherwise agreed to by Realty2Auction.com and the Seller.

Buyer Agents
Realty2Auction.com is fantastic for Buyer Agents to locate properties for their clients while earning commissions. All properties offer Buyer Agent compensation (commission) thru the selling broker at closing as are listed in the Terms section of the listing and your local MLS. The Buyer’s Agent must however register the Buyer to be compensated and you must disclose what your Agency is with your Client. When an agent registers to bid for a customer, their Account will assist them in keeping track of which customer they are bidding for and how much they have bid. Registering as a Buyer’s Agent is always FREE. Please watch our training video on placing a bid to get started. The Buyer's Premium Fee is listed under the Terms section of each auction and also in the Addendum (in forms tab).
REO Agents and Asset Managers
If you are an REO agent or an Asset Manager, you can list your REO Properties on Realty2Auction.com, however you will be required to pay a 3% Selling Broker commission. This compensation encourages buyer brokers to bring their clients into Realty2Auction.com.
